This program has been designed especially for busy women who are brand new
to meditation and don’t have a lot of time to learn how to meditate or to practice
meditation. You’d like to be able to meditate and you want to experience the many

In just a few weeks of working together you'll create a solid meditation

Busy Woman's Meditation Session
A busy life has a way of getting you "off track" with your healthy self-care practices
like meditation and maybe you are someone who would like to resume your practice
again. This individual coaching session is for people who have already taken my
program, have been meditating for a while and would just like to have a refresher
course. You want to brush up on your meditation skills and make sure you're doing
it all correctly. This coaching session will help you with that.
one hour refresher coaching session with a

A busy life has a way of getting you "off track" with your healthy self-care practices
like meditation and maybe you are someone who would like to resume your practice
again. This individual coaching session is for people who have already taken my
program, have been meditating for a while and would just like to have a refresher
