Instead of that, every week I make two spaces available to have a consultation
to talk about about meditation and to get to know each other better. We do it on
the phone or on FaceBook messenger and
 I'd be incredibly honored if you would consider joining me in this FREE Strategy Session.

Because we're both busy women, I make this very full 30 minute call worth every minute of your valuable time. I'll be asking you some questions to discover where
you are
with meditation, what's possibly holding you back, where you want to be,
and the best way I know to get you there.
(Because frankly, if you were going to do it by yourself, you would have done it by now, right?)
 


The focus of my coaching is on helping beginning meditators, so most who join me
will be
brand new to meditating.

Even if you think you can't meditate, or you don't have time to meditate, or you're someone who has never meditated in your entire life and you'd like to learn how
to meditate, let's talk! 
By having an open, honest conversation together,
you'll get a taste of what coaching with me is like and you
'll see if coaching with me is the right next step for you.

The process begins with you filling out before we meet, the short Meditation Questionnaire (on the next page). You'll send it to me via the website so I can have a chance to look it over before we meet.
Having a questionnaire to use as a frame of reference allows us to make the most of our time together. The confidential answers you share will help me in serving you better and at the same time, provide you with a lot of clarity around your meditation journey.


Getting clear around what's holding you back or keeping you stuck in regard to meditating, then looking at ways to remove the block, enables you to move forward. I'll also answer your questions about meditation and how you can have your own
Busy Woman's Meditation practice.

YOUR SESSION  


1.Go to the Connect Page so you can book a time to meet with me.
2.Then fill out the short, multiple-choice (confidential) Meditation Questionnaire .
The button at the end of that questionnaire also takes you to the Connect Page ,            so you can book a time for us to talk, if you didn't do it already.

You can also leave me a note HERE and suggest a couple of different time options so we can find a mutually agreeable time to chat. I'll get back to you fast to confirm when we'll meet on the phone. International callers, we'll use FaceBook Messenger or Skype to connect.

  • A session is considered CONFIRMED upon receipt of your questionnaire, only then you will receive      an email confirmation back from me.
         "Strategy Sessions" without a completed Questionnaire are NOT considered confirmed and 
          may necessitate in being canceled.
                                                                                                              
         
  • Because I want to totally respect our time together, if you cancel our Strategy Session without         giving 24 hours' notice, you may not schedule another appointment with me for 6 more months.
