                                                    Meditation
Imagine what would happen if...
busy, stressed women everywhere could take a few minutes each day to pause, quiet their minds and experience real peace and relief from stress.  What an amazing difference that would make in their lives, their families, their communities and ultimately in their world!

Meditation Is Not:

  • A philosophy, a religion, a religious practice or doctrine
  • A practice just for "wanna be" hippies, monks or super-spiritual people
  • A luxury (Hint: it's really a self-care necessity)
  • Chanting endlessly, for hours
  • Contemplating or controlling your mind and body
  • Trying to empty your mind of all thought
  • Totally changing your lifestyle or becoming a vegan (unless you want to)
  • A technique that takes many long years of effort and practice
  • Sitting still for long periods of time
  • Sitting on the hard floor in uncomfortable positions
  • Tuning out, escaping life or being a navel-gazer
  • And it's definitely not hard to do, NOT the way I teach it!

It would be very beneficial to take 15 minutes in the morning and
15 minutes in the evening to be quiet with yourself.
Your consciousness can be dramatically expanded over a relatively short
period of time with true dedication to such a gentle discipline.

Daily Meditation

For thousands of years, sages have told us that even though meditating is a simple technique, the results it produces in the life of the meditator, are not, and when you invest a very small amount of time you receive HUGE results. Science is starting to show us
a really clear picture of how awesome meditation can be as every day, more and more studies are coming out saying that meditation has a real and positive impact on your life and is one of the best things you can do for your overall health and quality
of life.
Meditation literally re-wires the brain, calms the nervous system and creates new neural pathways in the brain. It lowers stress hormones like adrenaline and cortisol, lowers blood pressure, decreases inflammation and increases focus.

Meditation is next level self-care

If you listen to motivational speakers like Tony Robbins, you’ll notice that most of the top performing people today all have the habit of meditating daily.  Research shows that you will be more productive if you take a few minutes out of your day to become present, get out of your head and still your mind, which is why according to "Harvard Business Review," medit-ation has become the top tool of some of our most powerful and successful business leaders. In fact, some of the most successful people in the world like Oprah and Bill Gates credit meditation for helping to create their success. Each of them may have a different approach to it, but they all do some form of meditation regularly because they know that it helps them to be more productive and perform at the top of their game!

The time you invest in meditation will come back to you exponentially in the form of tangible and intangible benefits to your
life. The greatest benefit meditation provides for me, personally, is peace of mind.  I am much more peaceful and I have more
inner peace, when I am consistently engaging in a twice daily practice of meditation.

The practice of Busy Woman's Meditation only takes up 2% of your day
and investing that 2% of your time in meditation will positively improve the other 98%.

                                     The Benefits of Meditation

Truly, the Benefits
of Daily Meditation are endless. With regular practice, you'll notice subtle shifts begin to take place as you become calmer, more peaceful and more present. Having a regular practice lowers blood pressure and enhances immunity and healing and allows you to experience real relief from stress and anxiety, as it provides you with a better sense of joy and well-
being.
Meditation lets you handle life's demands with greater resources at your disposal; like responding rather than reacting to situations and increased concentration and clarity. It helps you to sleep better and wake up feeling refreshed, energized and ready to take on the day. And that is what creates lasting changes in you, in how you relate to yourself, how you relate to others and in how you relate to life in general.

                                                 WARNING:
MEDITATION MAY CAUSE INCREASED JOY, COMPASSION, ENERGY, FOCUS, INNER PEACE AND SELF-AWARENESS.
PARTICIPANTS MAY NOTICE DECREASED STRESS, REDUCED ANXIETY AND LESS "CRAPPY" MOODS.
PLEASE MEDITATE AT YOUR OWN RISK OF HAVING A BETTER LIFE :)
