                As a coach, I'm committed to getting my clients the life changing results they really want. I know that just a few 
               minutes each day of meditation 
helps to relieve stress, anxiety and improves your overall health and well-being. 
               That's why I'm so excited for you to try this short, guided meditation that I've created for busy women, like you!

​               All of us have the same amount of time, we all have 1,440 minutes in our day.  But it's not how much time you
               have, it's what you DO with the time you have. 

               If every day you stop and take just one of those minutes to get quiet and still and simply connect to your breath
               to meditate, you'll be amazed at the difference doing that can make in your life!

               You really can change your life in just one minute, so find a free minute, pull up a virtual "meditation cushion" and

                                                                     I invite you to try this experiment for yourself: 

                                                                                 A ONE MINUTE EXERCISE


  • Using a clock or watch with a second hand, measure your resting heart rate or BPM rate (heartbeats/min.)                                 (For reference, 60 -100 Beats Per Minute is considered to be a healthy resting heart rate for adult women). 
  • Then meditate with this FREE guided meditation that I've created for you. You can listen to the meditation                           on your computer or mobile device.  Just hit the PLAY button on the audio, below.
  • After you meditate with the audio, take your BPM rate again. Notice how much it's gone down in just that short                          amount of time meditating.             ​                    ​
