Who should take this program? This super-easy way to meditate was designed for women with busy minds and busy lives. This program has been created especially for beginners and total newbies with no meditation experience who want to learn how to have a consistent daily meditation practice. Meditation really is something you can do no matter where you are or what you're doing, so absolutely any woman who wants to, can learn how to meditate! This is for you if you …
How does the program work and how long will it take me to complete it? This program has been carefully designed for the needs and interests of today's busy woman. I offer a simple, practical approach to meditation and this entire program is really about making a meditative practice that works best for you and your life. I deliver this program over 4, live 60-minute coaching sessions, one week apart. Each week we’ll do a meditation created just for your level of meditating. You to do one short and simple meditation for 7 days, get comfortable with doing it and then you go on to a new meditation the following week. You move at your own pace and each week the meditations get a little more advanced. This model of moving at your own incremental pace with meditations at increasing lengths, leads you to self-sufficiency and is what creates powerful, long-lasting results for you. It is also the key to maintaining a lifelong daily practice. Through the audios, exercises, resources, lifework and design of the course, you'll be able to create the kind of daily meditation practice you have always dreamed of having! What is the time commitment for this course? We're both busy women and our time is valuable and limited, so this program is all about creating a solid foundation for your meditation practice that will serve you well, and doing it in as short a time as possible. It will take investing some of your time in the beginning. The exact time will vary from person to person, depending on your level of commitment, but if you follow this program, stick with it, you will be astonished at how quickly you will see real results and real changes in your life. Most students will spend 4 weeks in personal coaching sessions with me and a maximum of about 3-5 hours per week on training + application + the actual meditation time. But what if I'm TOO BUSY to meditate?? For many busy women, meditating sounds like just another thing on your "to-do" list, that you don't have time to do. I get it! You are definitely not the only one who has been concerned about not being able to meditate regularly or consistently and that is EXACTLY why I created Busy Woman’s Meditation in the first place! I believe meditation is needed more today than ever before and the busier you are, the busier your day is, the more meditation can help you and the more you need to meditate! Busy Woman’s Meditation is flexible enough to fit into anyone's schedule and it can be done anytime and practically anywhere. I go into this in greater detail in the course, but essentially this is what happens with Busy Woman’s Meditation you prioritize 2% of your day to meditate in order to make the other 98% more productive and successful. So taking 2% of your time to meditate seems like a pretty worth-while investment, doesn't it? (Be sure to see my article on Busy vs. Too Busy Women.) How is this different from learning from a free on-line program or an app? How many on-line programs do you purchase and then never, ever use? There are TONS of free meditation programs out there. They all claim to show you how to meditate, but do they really work? Let me ask you, did any of those free on-line programs ever help you to learn how to meditate? Did it work? I guess if it did, you wouldn't be reading this right now. What usually happens when there's a lot of free information available, is people get overwhelmed, then confused and unsure of what to do, so they end up getting over-loaded and not taking any action. Plus, meditation apps and on-line programs are generally lacking personalized instruction, with no personal support and no real accountability. Now I think apps are great as a support tool to augment your practice, to use as a reminder to meditate and to keep track of your time meditating. I use them myself. However, most app programs offer only guided meditation, which is, let's face it, mainly a starter technique, so basically you're "on your own" and dependent on the app guiding the meditation. You're not really learning how to have your own, independent meditation practice. What you will be learning from me is how to meditate successfully as you create your own daily meditation practice that you can do anytime and anywhere. It's been my experience that you usually get what you pay for. Not just in the quality of the product you purchase, but also the fact that you treat something better if you paid more for it. INFORMATION vs. TRANSFORMATION Quite honestly, I'm not offering you more information, I'm offering you transformation and results. I believe the best and quickest way to learn meditation is with personal interaction. Online courses and apps can be a great way to start your meditation journey, however, working one-on-one with a meditation coach will always give you a much better and more personal learning experience and a far more successful result. What you will get from working with a coach is clarity, guidance, direction and most importantly, accountability. We know from experience that programs work best when focused, consistent action is combined with accountability. You can’t get that from doing it by yourself and free information lacks that type of necessary support. Will I receive personal support from you? Yes, I'll be providing support, structure, and accountability, necessary ingredients for success, that you can’t get on your own. Along with this I'll be sharing tips, tools, and meditation techniques with you, so that you'll be able to confidently have the kind of meditation practice that is well suited for today's busy woman's lifestyle. You will receive lots of personal support from me through your private coaching sessions and your unlimited email support during the three weeks you're actively in the program. We'll also be connected through the private Facebook group. In this grounded, practical, no-nonsense approach to meditation I will lovingly hold you accountable to yourself in the most compassionate, non-judgmental and supportive way I can, while you are in the process of learning how to make meditation a valuable part of your daily life, for the rest of your life. This level of care and attention really supports you and allows you to drop deeply into the process. And because I am a Reiki Master, as an added bonus and only given with your permission, I'll be happy to offer you distant Reiki as we do the meditations together. Is there any other type of support? Yes, after you register you’ll receive an email with your access to join the Facebook group. Meditation is generally a pretty isolating and solitary pursuit, but I think you’ll find that being in community is a contributing factor in your ultimate success with meditation. In the Busy Woman's Meditation Program you will find in our Facebook group a welcoming gathering of like-minded women who are all working towards creating a satisfying meditation practice for themselves, so come on in and meet your tribe of new friends. :) What do I need? Technology has allowed me to make meditation more accessible to more and more people all over the world. The only equipment you’ll need is a telephone, a computer with a strong, stable internet connection and email access. Skype is an option and all international clients will definitely need to have Skype installed with a camera, speakers and microphone operational for our sessions. I also ask that you make this a special time for you with a peaceful environment where you will not be disturbed. To help create a quiet, serene atmosphere during our sessions you'll be given lots of additional info and ideas. What results will I see? The results I hope my clients experience is they learn to make meditation a regular part of their daily self-care routine, for the rest of their life. That being said, your results are entirely up to you and depend upon your own consistency in following the program to the letter. As with anything, the more you put in, the more you get out. If you bring your best to this program, you follow it just as it’s being presented to you and you meditate every single day, you absolutely can learn how to meditate. You’ll be meditating from your very first session and with regular practice, soon you'll be able to meditate on your own. For the best results: do the program consistently, take daily actions, listen to the audios and meditate regularly. If after completing the program to the letter, you don’t get results within 30 days from when you start the program, simply request a refund and we will happily give you your money back. If you’re skeptical, try this program anyway because you have 30 days to prove your skeptical mind wrong. How long will it take for me to experience the benefits? You will usually experience the benefits of the technique from your very first week of doing it regularly (that's key) and they will continue as long as you continue with your regular practice. It's quite possible that you'll feel a difference right away. But because for some people the changes can be subtle, you may not notice them immediately, but they'll be there. Depending on your level of stress, some people will notice obvious changes immediately, and for others it may be more gradual. Often, one of the earliest benefits people realize when they first start meditating, is they notice they're sleeping better. Be patient and with consistent practice (that's the key), the magic will begin to unfold in your life and your desired results will be achieved, over time. With my program I have a 30 day money back guarantee, if you're concerned about it not working out. But the reality is, plenty of meditators with hectic schedules have been able to sustain a successful meditation practice! I'm not sure if I'm ready for your "Busy Woman's Meditation Program?"
