I believe that EVERYONE who wants to meditate, CAN meditate.
It's just a matter of proper training and finding the type of meditation that works for you.
I also believe helping my clients achieve the benefits of meditation is best done by creating
a safe, supportive and encouraging environment in which to learn how to meditate.
And as a Reiki Master, that also includes the additional benefit
of offering Reiki in the meditations we do together, to any of my clients who want it.

This is a live coaching program that has been designed especially for busy women like you who don’t have a lot of time to learn how to meditate or to practice meditation.
