Sit or stand up straight. Close your eyes, take a deep breath in and hold it for a moment.
Exhale deeply, sighing out loud while saying, "Ahhhhh…" Really exaggerate this sigh of relaxation and release. 
Repeat as needed. Doesn't that feel good?
