Distant Reiki Session
YOUR DISTANT REIKI SESSION
CREATE A SACRED SPACE FOR RECEIVING REIKI
To get the full benefits of Reiki, I want my clients to have a lovely, relaxing spa-like experience while they’re in session with me. This means stepping away from your regular day to day busy life for a little while, pausing and setting aside some time to revitalize and pamper yourself. By doing this, you are signaling to Spirit that you are ready to transform your environment, your living space and even your life itself, into a Sacred Space. Before you begin your session, preparing a physical Sacred Space that is private, quiet and serene and where you will not be disturbed. It involves all of your senses and includes having a somewhat darkened room and your favorite relaxing music playing, softly. Surround your Sacred Space with meaningful items, things to help you to align with a spiritual mindset. Some suggestions are; incense, pillows, *cushions, candles, matches, lighter, flowers, your favorite crystals, salt lamp or salt candle holder, essential oils, an essential oil diffuser, your journal to write your thoughts in, a stop watch or your phone, turned to airplane mode and some water to stay hydrated and to keep the energy moving. Be sure to include Buddhas and angels if you like and whatever else will help to make you to feel loved, relaxed and really special. It's also important to set your intention for your Reiki session. Then, no matter how long you receive Reiki, end your session with a “thank you” to your Reiki Angels and to yourself, for giving yourself a few minutes of stillness in your busy day and for taking some time just for you! *Meditation cushions can be purchased on-line at zafu.net. |
