How Busy Woman's Meditation Started
How It All Started
As a life-long meditator (full disclosure here) who really didn't enjoy meditating all that much, I used
to struggle with doing it until the lightbulb finally went off and I realized, “Hey, maybe it’s not my fault
if I don't enjoy meditating …maybe it's really the meditation I've been doing?”
Maybe it's not you...maybe it's the meditation
Nearly 10% of Americans say they have tried some form of meditation at least once and if you've ever
tried to meditate and you felt bored, antsy, restless or didn't enjoy meditating, like me, or you didn’t see
much success or any real results with it, it doesn't mean something is wrong with you and it’s certainly
not your fault. You may be doing what I was doing; the wrong kind of meditation for YOU!

We’re going to turn it all on its head, because what you've been taught in the past about meditation is probably inaccurate, outmoded, outdated or just plain wrong!
Meditation needs to be well-suited for today's busy women
We are living in a time when the challenge of meditation is it needs to be adapted to integrate into 21st century living and to the needs of our lifestyles and schedules, not the other way around.
It needs to support and sustain women who just want to have a way to get rid of stress and quickly relax and nourish themselves, rather than numbing themselves, which is what many of us have been doing.
The old rigid rules, with an emphasis on structured and lengthy time frames, formal posture and intense disciple just don’t work for us anymore, especially not for the type of clients I serve (businesswomen,
entrepreneurs, busy mothers, millennials and retirees).
My intention was first for myself and later to help women meditate, by creating a practice that was simple, super-easy and able to be done in short, bite-sized meditations. It needed to be effortless, yet highly effective and provide all the great benefits of longer meditation like relaxing, de-stressing and providing clarity and insight, without the usual restlessness, boredom and frustration.
I wanted to demystify meditation; to make it less mysterious, archaic and monastic and make it more accessible, practical and busy-woman friendly. I also wanted a type of practice that once women learned how to do it, it was self-sustaining and they didn’t need to rely on me in order to keep doing it.
Busy Woman’s Meditation does all that.
But I'm TOO BUSY to meditate!
Yes, you’re busy and Yes, it's challenging to find the time to meditate and Yes, you DO have time to
meditate and I’ll show you how! My style of meditation was made for women with busy minds and busy lives who don’t have a lot of free time to meditate, but want to experience the many profound and deep benefits of meditation because the truth is, we meditate to get better at life…not to get better at meditation.
You're never too busy to meditate this way because Busy Woman’s Meditation is flexible enough to fit
into anyone's schedule and it can be done practically anywhere; coffee shops, park benches, even empty conference rooms at work. What you're doing is prioritizing 2% of your day to meditate, in order to make the other 98% of your day more productive and successful. Sound like a worth-while investment?

Sitting comfortably and meditating, even for just a few minutes a day, gives your mind a much needed
rest and your body an easy way to relax and release stress and anxiety, which allows you to have a

Making meditation simple, super-easy and accessible for non-meditators.
We all have busy, busy lives, so I set out to create a style of meditation especially for women who don't meditate, don't have time to meditate or who don't like to meditate, (which is probably why they don't meditate). And it doesn't require any fancy props, pricy apps, or listening to music or guided meditations, unless you want to use them. It really just needs you!
It took me two years to create this program, but eventually I succeeded in designing a course that I feel is perfect for busy women. It was important to me to make it easy to stick to your daily practice and once
you understand how to do Busy Woman’s Meditation, it's really not hard to do, not the way I will show you how to do it. All you really need to learn how to do this, is an internet connection, a telephone and a willingness to learn. That's it!
Because I coach you individually and personally take you through a clear, step-by-step process, you're not
waiting several weeks or months before you can start to see results. You'll be able to meditate faster,
easier and deeper than you ever thought possible.
Lots of people use the phrase "transforming or life-changing," but very few things really are

Being able to create a few moments of real peace and calm in your very busy, stressed world truly IS a necessary, powerful and life-changing experience every woman needs and deserves to be able to have. As the world gets busier, as our lives get busier, meditation is needed more today than ever before and the busier your day is, the busier you are, the more you need to meditate.
