- Later, use the 2nd audio, the 15 Minute Silent Meditation to help keep track of your time or use any timer of your own choosing to meditate with.
- As an alternative meditation, consider starting your day by incorporating The Busy Woman's Morning Meditation into your morning practice.
- Continue to take “Mindful Moments" throughout your day.
- Continue doing the "Sacred Space: A Mindful Morning Ritual of 7 Essential Self-Care Practices For Busy Women", see the PDF, below.

- For a reminder of all the many benefits of meditation check out Meditation Benefits .
- Positive changes in your life are one way you can know meditation is really working for you, so now after taking my program I suggest you go back and take a look at your initial responses to the Meditation Questionnaire, to see just how far you have come in your practice.
- Some great meditation apps to check out and use in the future are: Headspace and 10% Happier.
- “Mindfulness for Beginners: Reclaiming the Present Moment and Your Life” book by Jon Kabot-Zinn. RESOURCES:
- You can set a regular timer for 15 minutes with Siri on your iPhone or use a phone app set to 15 minutes to keep track of your time, the Meditate Now phone app offers pre-set silent meditations or use the 15 Minute Silent Meditation audio at the top of this page.
- You are welcome and encouraged to remain in our Facebook Group for as long as you like and we hope you will!
- You can have a FREE 30-minute brush-up session w/in a year if you need it, to get back on track with your practice.
- I prefer to start and end every practice the same way; with my intention, with deep breathing and with sound, either the sound of a bell, chime, gong or a singing bowl. These beautiful singing bowls from The Ohm Store are made in Nepal from hand-hammered copper and are very reasonably priced. I bought my own singing bowls in Kathmandu, Nepal several years ago and paid almost the same prices for them there, so they're really a great deal! (BTW: I am not an affiliate of this company.)
