LIFEWORK:

  • Meditate doing the Busy Woman's Meditation for 10 or 15 minutes, twice a day, everyday.                                                 The PDF the "6 Steps of the Busy Woman's Meditation"  from Level 2 is available on Session 4  if you need to use it as a guide.                                                                                                                                                                          Eventually, when you feel ready for Level 3, use one of the two silent timed audios on this page, the 10 Minute Silent Meditation or the 15 Minute Silent Meditation to help keep track of your time or use any timer of your  own choosing, to meditate with. Meditating with just a timer and no audio or music, is the goal and optimal option. Remember to use the last 3 minutes as a time for creating, intending and manifesting.
  • Continue to take “Mindful Moments" throughout your day. It's a powerful way to maintain presence and                mindfulness.
  • Love yourself unconditionally. The greatest power we have available to us is love and the greatest power we possess is to show love; first to ourselves, and then to others.
  • The Mindful Morning Ritual Of 7 Essential Self-Care Practices For Busy Women" is an easy way to keep up the good habit of meditating and a great way to start your day! (See the PDF below.)
RECOMMENDED

  • Consider using some of your meditation times for a nice long 30 or even a 60 minute sit.
  • Be sure to set your timer to ring when you reach the 12 minute point so you can start the 3 minutes of setting your intentions, then have it ring again when your 15 minutes are complete.
  • If you'd like to continue using the Habitshare app (you can discontinue sending me your daily results now) or filling in the DAILY MEDITATION ACTIVITY RECORD, found on your login page, they ’ll help you to stay on track with your practice by providing you with an additional layer of countability.
  • For a reminder of all the many  benefits of meditation check out Meditation Benefits .
  • Positive changes in your life are one way you can know meditation is really working for you, so now after taking my  program I suggest you go back and take a look at your initial responses to the Meditation Questionnaire, to see just how far you have come in your practice.
  • I invite you to consider doing an extended period of silence and meditation at some point  in your life as a way to deepen your own meditation practice.
  • Some great meditation apps to check out and use in the future are: Headspace and 10% Happier.
  • “Mindfulness for Beginners: Reclaiming the Present Moment and Your Life” book by Jon Kabot-Zinn is recommended.
  •  Listening to music while meditating is purely optional, but if you choose to, I recommend listening to the beautiful "Flying Through Clouds" by the Honest Guys.

RESOURCES FOR YOU TO CONSIDER:

  • In addition to the 10 or 15 Minute Silent Meditation audios at the top of this page, you can set a regular timer      for as many minutes as you like with Siri on your iPhone or use a phone app set to keep track of your time like the Meditate  Now  phone app which offers a pre-set silent meditation.
  • You are welcome and encouraged to remain in our Facebook Group for as long as you like and we hope you will!
  • You can have a FREE 30-minute brush-up session within a year if you need it, to get back on track with your practice.

Let's reach more women - share the gift of meditation!
