Every week I make two spaces available for time with me and I'd be incredibly honored if you would consider joining me in a free Less is More Session phone consultation so we can get to know each other better. Because we're both busy women and I want to totally respect our time together, I make this very full 30 to 35 minute call worth every minute of your valuable time. I'll be asking you some questions to discover where you are with meditation, what's holding you back, where you want to be, and the best way to get you there. (Because frankly, if you were going to do it by yourself, you would have done it by now, right?)
The focus of my coaching is on helping beginning meditators, so most who join me will be brand new to meditating. Even if you think you can't meditate, or you don't have time to meditate, or you're someone who has never meditated in your entire life and you'd like to learn how to meditate, let's talk! By having an open, honest (and non-salesy) conversation together, you'll get a taste of what coaching with me is like and you'll see if coaching with me is the right next step for you. If while in session together I honestly believe I can help you and
if we both feel that we’re a good match, I’ll invite you to work with me.
The process begins with you filling out the short Meditation Questionnaire (on the next page). Having a questionnaire allows us to make the most of our time together. The confidential answers you share will help
me in serving you better and at the same time, provide you with a lot of clarity around your meditation journey. Getting clear around what's holding you back or keeping you stuck in regard to meditating, then looking at
ways to remove the block, enables you to move forward. I'll also answer your questions about meditation and
how you can have your own Busy Woman's Meditation practice.

HOW TO SCHEDULE YOUR SESSION
1.Fill out the short, multiple-choice (confidential) Meditation Questionnaire .
2.The button at the end of that form takes you to the Connect Page so you can book a time to meet with me.
You can also leave me a note HERE and suggest a couple of different time options so we can find a mutually agreeable time to chat. I'll get back to you fast to confirm when we'll meet on the phone. International callers, we'll use Skype.

- A session is considered *CONFIRMED upon receipt of your questionnaire, only then you will receive an email confirmation back from me.
- If you're an international client, we'll use Skype. If my time frame isn't going to work for you, no worries, please advise me and we'll find another one that's mutually beneficial. When you request a time to meet with me be sure to include your time zone and suggest a couple of different options so we can find a mutually agreeable time to talk.
